Mango ice cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 very large sleeves;
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt;
  • Sugar or sweetener;

Method of preparation::

  • Peel and cut the mango into pieces and take it to the freezer;
  • With the aid of a paper filter, strain the natural yogurt for approximately 30 minutes, removing all whey;
  • Discard the serum and take the consistent phase of the yogurt to the freezer;
  • Approximately 2 hours later, the mango and yogurt should be almost frozen, at this point, remove them from the freezer and beat them in a blender, along with the sugar or sweetener of your choice, mixing little by little;
  • Place the mixture in a bowl, cover it with plastic, cover and return to the freezer;
  • When it is frozen it will be ready for consumption;
